Reset your log in details
First time users will need to reset their password before they can sign in. This does not apply to portfolios using institutional log in details.
How does it Work?
Ask your portfolio administrator if you have been set up to use your institutional log in details to sign in before you reset your password!
- Ask your portfolio administrator to provide you with a username and URL for your team's portfolio.
- Open the URL in a web browser (KOLOLA is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and many others).
- Reset your password by using the "reset password" link.
- Input your username and click on the 'reset password' button. If a valid username was provided, a message will appear saying that a password reset link has been e-mailed to you.
- Follow the instructions in the e-mail to reset your password. Remember to check your spam folder in case it gets sent there!
