Toggle your notifications

E-mail notifications can be enabled/disabled based on your preferences.

How does it Work?

  1. You will receive a new notification each time another user interacts with an activity you have been assigned to. The red 'Notifications' button displays the number of new notifications waiting for your review.
  2. Click on the red 'Notifications Button' will cause a dropdown list to appear which displays a summary of each new notification. If the list is large, you can scroll up and down it using the scroll bar.

You can toggle which actions KOLOLA will notify you about by modifying your Account Settings. By default, you will receive notifications for the following actions:

  • Somebody creates an activity and assigns you to it.
  • Another user adds an attachment to an activity you are assigned to.
  • Another user adds feedback to an activity you are assigned to.
