Generate reports and analytics about the contents of your portfolio.
How does it Work?
- Whilst in the activity browser, click on the light grey arrow towards the upper-left part of the portfolio.
- A drop down list will appear with several options:
- Export Activity Report - Generates a report about all of the most recently uploaded activity in the portfolio.
- Open in Analytics - Takes you to the analytics page where you can run queries on the data stored within your portfolio.
What can I use this for?
Quick tools contains a shortcut to several useful tools for monitoring the activities within your portfolio. The activity report can be used to monitor the activity of different team members, whilst the analytics tool can be used to make enquiries about evidence stored within your activities.
