Make changes to your account and password

Modify your password, display name, notification settings, profile photo and ORCID.

How does it Work?

  1. Click on the 'Account Settings' button in the toolbar at the top of any page.
  2. From this page you can modify your personal details:
    • Name - Your display name visible to other KOLOLA users.
    • ORCID - Your ORCID ID which is visible to other KOLOLA users and helps them to identify you across different ePortfolios.
    • Display Picture - You can upload .jpg or .png file as your profile avatar which is visible to all users.
    • Change Password - Create a new password for your account*>
      (*Note - this option is not available for accounts which have been set up to use institutional log in details - you will need to follow your institution's internal process for changing your password and this will automatically be reflected in KOLOLA.)
    • Notification Settings - Toggle whether you would like to receive an e-mail whenever you receive a particular type of notification on your KOLOLA account.
